Miya Turnbull is a multi-disciplinary visual artist based in Kjipuktuk [Halifax], Nova Scotia who grew up as a farm kid near Onoway, Alberta. She works in many different mediums including mask-making, photography, animation, video, performance, paintings and textiles.
